Disappointed, I'll never order again

I ordered 5 boxes of cookies. While placing the order in the evening, I specifically requested proper and safe packaging because my previous cookie order had already arrived broken. However, this new order was even worse. All the boxes were damaged, and some of the cookies had come out of the boxes.

I contacted the customer care team to report the issue. They only apologized and said it would not happen again, but they did not provide any compensation or proper resolution. Even I send a recorded video of box opening

I lost my cookies, and I do not feel comfortable eating food items that arrived in open and damaged boxes. I am really disappointed with this experience, and because of this, I do not wish to order again.
